Migrate your MIDs from another alert provider to Chargebackhit

When migrating from another alert provider to Chargebackhit, the transition is seamless. The transfer process ensures continuous service with no downtime.

To migrate MIDs from another alert provider


  1. Collect enrollment information
    Request these details from your current alert provider and send them to the Chargebackhit team:
    • List of descriptors enrolled through them in CDRN and Ethoca
    • BIN-CAIDs used for RDR enrollment
  2. Initiate migration requests
    • Ask your current alert provider to initiate the MID migration to both Ethoca and Verifi, including the Chargebackhit partner information.
      Contact us or reach out directly to your Account Manager for partner information.
    • At the same time, the Chargebackhit team also submits requests to Ethoca and Verifi to support and speed up the migration
  3. Confirm request
    Ask your current provider for screenshots or confirmation letters with corresponding Case IDs of the migration requests. Forward this information to the Chargebackhit team.
If you need the transfer to happen on a specific date, contact us in advance to schedule the migration.

This process generally takes up to 10 business days, depending on your current provider’s response time and the number of MIDs to transfer.
