View, track, and pay invoices for alert services conveniently in one place

The Billing page in the Chargebackhit HUB allows you to view, pay, and track your invoices in one place. This simplifies payments, reduces manual effort, and improves collaboration.

The section is only available to admin users and maintains a complete payment history where you can:

  • Pay invoices directly from your account
  • View invoice history and download PDFs
  • Check the current payment status for each invoice
  • Receive notifications when new invoices are created

View invoices

Invoices may have the following statuses:

  • Unpaid – a new invoice awaiting payment
  • Paid – the invoice has been paid
  • Cancelled - the invoice is invalid, since a new one was issued

To view an invoice

  1. Go to your Chargebackhit HUB account.
  2. Navigate to Billing.
  3. Find the needed invoice in the list.
  4. Click on View to open invoice details.

Pay invoices

When an invoice is issued, it appears on the Billing page, and you receive an email notification. If you have a payment method added, the invoice amount is automatically charged on the due date.

You can also pay earlier or manually by clicking the Pay now button.

If a new invoice is generated while the previous one is still overdue, the payment button for the previous invoice becomes inactive and its status changes to Cancelled. The overdue amount is added to the new invoice.

The option to pay from your account and the availability of the Pay now button depend on your cooperation agreement with Chargebackhit.

To pay your invoice

  1. Go to your Chargebackhit HUB account.
  2. Navigate to Billing.
  3. Find the invoice you want to pay.
  4. Click on Pay now.
  5. Enter your payment details or use the added payment method.
  6. Review and confirm the transaction.

After a successful payment, the invoice status changes from Unpaid to Paid.

Manage payment method

You can link a payment method for automatic invoice payments. After adding a method, you can replace it at any time.

To add or manage a payment method

  1. Go to your Chargebackhit HUB account.
  2. Navigate to Billing.
  3. Click on Add payment method to link a method or Change payment method to replace an existing one.
  4. Add or change payment method details.
  5. Confirm your changes.
Linked payment methods cannot be deleted, only replaced. If you need assistance with your payment method or billing, contact us.
