Follow these steps to connect your Silverflow account to Chargebackhit.

Representment applies to new disputes only. Disputes created before the integration is connected are not imported retroactively.

Step 1. Create API key in Silverflow

Chargebackhit requires a dedicated API key to access your Silverflow account.

Silverflow does not have a portal UI for key management. Keys are created via the API only. Use the API management key provided by Silverflow when your account was activated. Call the create API key Reference endpoint with the following permissions:

  • disputes:All
  • charges:Get

The response returns two values you need for the next step:

  • key is the Public key
  • secret is the Secret key
The secret is only returned once. Save both values securely before proceeding.

Step 2. Connect Silverflow to Chargebackhit

To connect Silverflow

  1. Go to your Chargebackhit HUB account.
  2. In the top menu, click on Integrations.
  3. Next to the Silverflow logo, click on Connect.
  4. Enter your Silverflow Public key and Secret key.
  5. Enable the Dispute representment toggle.
  6. Click on Submit to complete the integration setup.

Step 3. Set up webhook in Silverflow

After you complete setting up the integration, Chargebackhit generates a unique webhook URL for your account. Register the URL in Silverflow so Chargebackhit receives dispute events in real time.


To set up the webhook

  1. Go to your Chargebackhit HUB account.
  2. On the Silverflow integration page, click on Copy webhook URL.
  3. Using your Silverflow API management key, call the create event subscription Reference endpoint. Set eventSource to https://silverflow.com/disputes.
Once the subscription is created, Silverflow sends a test event to verify the connection. After that, dispute events are sent to Chargebackhit automatically.

Before completing the integration, confirm you:

  • Created a dedicated Silverflow API key with the required permissions
  • Saved the public key and secret key
  • Entered the public key and secret key in the Chargebackhit HUB
  • Enabled Dispute representment in the Chargebackhit HUB
  • Copied the webhook URL from HUB and registered it in Silverflow by calling the create event subscription Reference endpoint
  • Completed your Guide
